Mr. Fishman has over 13 years of experience in renewable energy project finance, with a particular focus on pricing, modeling, and tax. Over this time, he provided crucial support on transactions representing more than 5 GW of renewable energy capacity and $4B of tax equity deployed.
Prior to joining Paragon, Mr. Fishman worked at Flagstar Financial & Leasing, where he was tasked with building out a nascent renewable energy tax equity finance business. His responsibilities included originations, transaction management, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Prior to Flagstar, Mr. Fishman was a member of the Renewable Energy Finance team at Bank of America. During his time at REF, he spearheaded the modernization of the group’s portfolio management systems, and worked across from some of the largest developer sponsors in the market on utility-scale solar, storage, and wind projects.
Before BofA, Mr. Fishman was part of the small advisory team at CDA Capital Partners, where he provided pricing and modeling support to tax equity investor and sponsor clients.
Mr. Fishman has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
